I am an industrial designer mainly focusing on product design, packaging design, furniture design and exhibition design. I come from Chengdu, China, which is famous for spicy food and pandas. I love my hometown so much and would like to introduce it to everyone. I love to travel around the world, trying tasty food is one of the biggest joys. From the food and cultures provide a lot of inspirations for my design field. I believe that design should be “Less but better” and “redesign” at the same time. Aesthetics are mandatory, but designing for people is the first priority. Compared to designing high-tech products, I focus on how to bring happiness and convenience to people’s daily life. Beside working, we should find a way to slow down our life speed to look back at our past life and tell ourselves that we are satisfied with what I experienced, at least no big regards. If you want to design a product to gain or delivery happiness either to yourself or others, I will be able to help you designing the product.
